Do you think this is ridiculous?
I had purchaced a sterling silver necklace for my mom for christmas from things remembered and paid $42.50. I could not pick it up in time so i had it shipped to my house on Sunday. Today, when it arrived, the necklace came in a crushed loose card board box. It was all twisted and my moms initials were written on the front, not the back like i requested. I cannot go back to the mall because i cannot drive. I am 16. They said they need to see the necklace to replace it. I already called. What should I do?
