Why are my boyfriend's testicles burning?
I'm worried about my boyfriend's reproductive health. He says he has a burning sensation within his testicles, like they literally feel hot. He also has a small knot/lump in there. 
He said it's been that way for years.
Another thing is that the skin on his inner thighs, behind his testes is very dry and much lighter in color than his actual skin tone. There are like two huge patches;one on each side.
We are going to the dr next Friday and I hope it is nothing serious. What can this be?
